The Covington Regional Ballet

Membership in the Covington Regional Ballet Company is open by auditions to dancers from area ballet studios beginning at approximately age 8. Members are divided into Senior, Junior and Junior Apprentice depending on their individual level of ballet training.   Auditions for the Company are private and scheduled by appointment.

Under the direction of Artistic Director, Jaime Robtison, the ballet company, along with professional guest dancers and public cast members, present the holiday classic, "The Nutcracker" each December as well as a spring ballet. 

Public cast roles are open to children ages 5 and up.  Company membership is not required for these roles, nor dance experience.  

Public auditions for the Nutcracker are held in August/September and for the spring ballet in January. Auditions and rehearsals are held at Mainstream Dance studio, located on the square in Covington.

                           Ages 5 - 6       9:30 am to 10:15 am

                           Ages 7 & up   10:30 am to 11:15 am

     Spring Ballet - January/February

    $275 (Sr. and Jr. Company)
    $225 (Jr. Apprentice)

Public Cast:
    $100 Nutcracker  
    $100 Spring Ballet

2nd year apprentices:  4 hours + CRB Camp
Junior Company: 8 hours + CRB Camp
Senior Company: 12 hours + CRB Camp

2010 - 2011 Auditions will be held during July/August.  All dancers must re-audition unless they were a Senior Company member in the 09-10 season.
